We are a team of high achievers who pride ourselves on getting it right, every time, and learning in the process. Despite our shared principles, we are also an eclectic bunch. We are insurance nerds, techies, and creatives—sometimes all at the same time. Our culture isn't static. It's something we build and improve upon, every day.

How's the leadership on the HR team at Vertafore?
HR leadership is really good. Many changes in the past 6 months and all for the better.
What's the vibe like in the HR dept at Vertafore? How many hours are you working?
The vibe is really good. HR really cares and tried to do everything they can to make the employee experience positive. And I say this even with having some issues I’ve had to approach HR with for help. As for hours working, I don’t see many people working over 45 hours per week unless they are doing it from home. The office is very 8-5 oriented.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better at RiskMatch?
Less long winded meetings, and more quick decision making. Better communication as we grow.
Do you have any internship for winter 2024n
Do you have to work weekends?

How difficult are the boot camps, what is the success rate?

Depending on which department our new-hires are on-boarded into, some may start by joining a bootcamp. Bootcamps run anywhere from 6-12 weeks long. They consist of educational courses, shadowing, collaboration projects, real-time projects and more!
