What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Executive leadership is OPAQUE. Staff questions are met with equivocation and a lack of clear answers. Also, PAY YOUR STAFF A FAIR WAGE.

Review from Engineering Dept

clear communication and better tools to share the information across teams - needing to have one source of the truth for clients and leadership

Review from Sales Dept

Leadership should prioritize transparency and frontline needs over optics. Letting teams vote on in office days and addressing income challenges. 62.5% of workers in my role have to rely on second jobs while still being required to pay for parking. We have long commutes due to cost-of-living.

Review from Finance Dept

Career development. It is heavily promised but rarely seen put into action

Review from Customer Support Dept

Leadership needs to reinstate the flexible first model. Requiring in-office days every week has decreased employee morale.

Review from Finance Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

I have 10 years of experience I think company is way under paid compared to our USA counterpart but we the same work.

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 7 days ago

Employee experience could improve by reviewing compensation and promotion benefits, addressing high workloads for senior members, restoring morale-boosting gestures, and offering more flexible work arrangements. These changes may enhance satisfaction, retention, and overall effectiveness.

Review from IT Dept · Posted 14 days ago

wages are lower than desired, would prefer fewer "perks" and more take home pay. Spend less on mediocre perks like gym benefits, and give me more money

Review from HR Dept · Posted 21 days ago

Salaries are significantly below industry average as is 401K matching percent.

Review from Marketing Dept · Posted 21 days ago

I think at every 5 years or so, salary normalization should happen as per the fair average market value for that role. That would help us to be competitive with the industry/market and retain very best top talent as the years progress.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

co workers are very silo'ed. It is difficult to find a person to talk to outside your team if additional information is needed on product.

Review from Customer Success Dept

My coworkers need to be empowered to make decisions at their level. Some coworkers also need to acknowledge that what got us here won't get us there as I continue to hear comments like, "This is the way we've always done it."

Review from Legal Dept

Every meeting I've attended while working here could have been an email chain or teams group chat.

Review from Finance Dept

Learn to think for themselves, instead of deferring constantly and looking to others for answers. Stand up for themselves and not let customers and management push them around.

Review from Customer Support Dept

They need to be more encouraging to the new people.

Review from Customer Support Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

Clear communication and better documentation of internal process

Review from Sales Dept

Not really sure. It just seems hard to actually talk to people

Review from Engineering Dept

The company creates surveys that give them the answers they want to hear, and they don't learn the true feelings of the employees. Figure out what the employees actually care about and double down on that.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I don't know. We're all remote. Would be nice to see each other in real life more than 1x a year at SKO

Review from Sales Dept

Apt role complying with responsibilities. Decent pay with respect to market standards.

Review from Business Development Dept

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviews Reviews

Sped up, my interview process took 2 months

Review from Engineering Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Executive team doesn't listen to staff feedback. They ask for it, as an effort to appear as though they want to incorporate employees' suggestions into company processes and policies, but they effectively ignore or circumlocute around it.

Review from Engineering Dept

Better use of tools - Teams full experience is not leverage to record and transcribe meeting notes - full use of the salesforce platform to maintain client details and client communications are just some examples

Review from Sales Dept

The technology being used in the applications are too old and brittle because no time had been spent on tech debt. The processes are really inefficient as well. Basically the phrase "sunk-cost fallacy" comes to mind in terms of technology and processes

Review from Engineering Dept

I have worked here for over a year with promise to advance and have done numerous steps to do so and bothing works

Review from Customer Support Dept

Need the Sr. Execs to get interested in what is going on.

Review from Sales Dept

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Pay market rates - and stop claiming you already do.

Review from Engineering Dept

Employee retention, knowledge transfer, onboarding
