What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?People. It is difficult to find people like our team members
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Village Capital's going through a change from being "just" an accelerator to becoming a platform that creates equitable entrepreneur support (working across other accelerators, building web-based platforms, and supporting investors) and the organization needs to take the time to set a clear vision.
Unlocking the power of entrepreneurship to drive impact on issues that matter by researching capital structures and strategies to mitigate structural bias, building and backing better accelerators to define and disseminate industry-level best practices, and creating next-generation infrastructure to reinvent the VC system.
