What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO is pretty rad.

Salary is excellent when compared to industry standard in Chicago. I've also received more than fair raises periodically through my almost 4 years at Vokal.

It's a relaxed, open environment. People play video games at lunch. There's scooters everywhere.

It didn't drag on for weeks/months like some other companies I interviewed with.

I submitted a code challenge. I was called to get to know the team. The interview was about getting to understand the way I completed the code challenge, and also to get to know me. I frankly felt like it we were just having a conversation rather than an interview.
