The two people who interviewed me were nice and approachable. They asked questions I knew actually related to the position I was applying for.
My immediate team is easy to contact and help when needed. They are very knowledgeable and know how much work and knowledge is needed. They are friendly and always eager to help and be supportive.
Helping those less fortunate. I used to believe I was going to do something big to change the world and help others. I now realize it could be the smallest of things that makes the biggest difference.
I truly believe in our core values. Many of my coworkers do as well. However, it seems like upper management forgets that it takes everyone to make the wheel keep moving. Our company is way too top heavy and could compensate the average worker more.
I have an extremely heavy workload and am not paid well. I am very knowledgeable about all areas of my job description. Taking time off is difficult, as there is never anyone to cover for me, and my work just builds up while I am gone. They know my workload is heavy, but I am not compensated for it
