No raises given to long term employees, no rewards for loyalty, work short often
Direct care givers are attentive and caring, report to nurses well, however they are overworked and underpaid, leaving daily for better paying jobs
Better communication, better pay, offer food to employees even at a cost, many get stuck at work wity madani on and have no options for meals
