What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are quick to act depending on our client needs and business outcome

Everyone is very supportive of career growth and building bench strength through our Team Leaders

What is the best part about your compensation package?

It differs by region, client and department, so is relevant to the role you are performing.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We have a very open and honest Teams of Trust ethos. We work in multi functional teams and many of the Operations and Support groups work together very well globally.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

A little more stability in senior management roles - BPO's in general have a high turnover. This is costly and people have to start building work relationships on a regular basis = steep learning curves.
