at first it was good. but this year since march they change management and the account that I work for is taking away bonuses but the enviroment still good. The problem is the pay check
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
to give more bonuses and give gift cards of at least 300$
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think I can do better if vxi pays what I deserve.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
they change my day off. and that's unfair. Also im only gettin paid less than $10 of bonuses, I think my job and effort should be compensated properly.
