Ability to bonus based on performance. Their P4P for all levels is a great win and you don't see that at many BPOs

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The fact that we look at "mistakes" as learnings and not as a true error. We embrace a fail fast philosophy. Allowing us to learn with out risk of losing our position
