What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Telling someone why they was fired lol.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They don't care about you at all.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Nothing. Literally. Worst placed I've ever worked at.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Pay sucks and customers expect miracles.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

It was group interviews and the process took 4 hours of just sitting in a zoom.
