The experience at VXI has been interesting. The clients are top notch and offer perks such as free TV services to employees on top of hourly and bonuses. The heath care is a bit pricey for most of the employees, so most do not opt in. Leadership at Manager level is strong, others need trained.

Everything is offered for employees; however, the health insurance is pricey.

I would like to see more professionalism amongst account associates within each facility.

It takes hours from start to offer. They complete everything in same day, unlike most other companies.

Flexibility with associates with issues outside of work. There are caring and supportive leaders within this company that value employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most try to work together and show professionalism. I would like to see candidates be vetted better as some are not professional or support culture.
