very unprofessional, lost all respect for the place, the only good thing i can say about it was that at the end of my training class the took my out and put me in another that was half way done, kept my same pay rate which was 1.50 higher than everyone else.

you get 45 minutes for lunch. ......it is a very diverse place to work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
agents are under paid, and they have a lot they have to know, that they are not taught in training, at least the project i was working on.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
my direct supervisor (team lead) was very good went out of his way for me i had a medical condition that got worse and was calling in quite often he did everything he could to delay my termination and when that day came he advised me to resign He never hid anything he told me eveything going on
