Waffle House Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Everything was gud and complete

Posted 2 days ago

Healthcare. It lets me actually live.

we get life insurance, health, dental, vision. the coverage is great

The stock is the best

stock plan is reeally good

There isn't a best part of the compensation packet

Stock options with a winning privately owned stocks which are owned by Waffle House.

Very affordable. Co-pays are reasonable.

Stock is available to everyone

Stock value goes up every year

I dont even know really

i dont really know that much

Everything. I just want to be paid.

Dont have pne yet, waiting

It's all great I have no complaints with anything in the this part

Review from Operations Dept

Even though I was the third shift supervisor, I was never able to take part in the compensation package because I was retaliated against by all the other managers. Worst place I've ever had to work in my life because of the management staff from district manager down the first.

Good pay & relaxing atmosphere

Health insurance 401k stock and bonus

Stock options and health insurance

The stock. Being privately held, we are not subject to the stock market ups and downs.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The managers are paid 20x better than hourly associates

We don't have stocks in franchise. .

I've cooked and made this company over a million dollars and still is only a Rockstar grill op no manger has tried to work with me to move up in this job and I know many grill ops just like me

Sometimes i actually do. So yes

More support from management teams

When there is a bonus given to the cooks on a certain shift, I feel that the sales person on that shift deserves to receive a bonus as well. They work just as hard as the cooks, they have to make sure that the customers are satisfied with the service and the meals they've received. Pleasing custome

Pay rate needs to increase for servers

I would feel better if there was someone to speak to about payroll considering i still have yet to be paid.

I dont feel valued at this company.

If we still had profit sharing

As many resturants i have to take care of i do not get what it is worth. Thats why i am leaving because i can make 20k a year more and less working days.

Management pay more attention to what's going on, the ppl that keep the store going..sometimes I don't think they notice the extra things they do and no body else does.. I am thinking of giving my notice because I got use to being unappreciated but I can't get use to disrespect

I'm disabled and although I'm not mentally capable of running a store I'd like to get recognized and heard out about the things I am able to do to help the company grow

The insurance is a joke, a server would have to work everyday and then hands over their ENTIRE paycheck to pay for insurance!! Another joke?! No reality... Corporate tries to tell people they can make up to twenty dollars an hour, when the cap is 15.50 period, and then THEY STEAL OR GRILL OP BONUS!!

Review from Operations Dept

Overworked and underpaid. No appreciation.

No ones ever takes the time to develop the team it can definitely use better coaching skills

The general manager Becky of Evergreen Alabama Greenville Alabama Hope hole Alabama needs to be fired

Fair treament. Manager gave my top away because someone has wiped down the table that I had served and cleaned dishes off of. Also was sent to a diffent store where I would make less money because a girl who works one day a week is friends with managers daughter and disliked me for unknown reasons.

Review from Sales Dept

I shouldn't have to leave my job cause my supervisor want to be out side while cooking in go to his car in come back talking to us women like were worthless made me cry

To make more money working
