I've cooked and made this company over a million dollars and still is only a Rockstar grill op no manger has tried to work with me to move up in this job and I know many grill ops just like me

Coworkers aren't the problem...TRAINING (lack of) is the problem. If everyone were held to the same standards and held accountable for their refusal to do certain aspects of the job everyone would improve.

The manager shouldn't tell me to lie about what shit im going to be working after training because i was supposed to be some girls replacement.

Excecuting the rules more and explaining new ideas that are being tested
