Learning what it means to be professional. Learning to practice discretion, empathy, kindness, and not allow managers to berate the people under them and treat them in an abusive manner.
Accountability, transparency, honesty, less nepotistic
Executives continuously flaunted record sales, yet wages were stagnant and bonuses were laughable. Meanwhile, employees were leaving in droves, and not being replaced. This meant more work for the same pay. Loyalty is a two way street.
Everything. Stop treating employees like children.

Very poor pay and constant run around with HR about the issue. Have reached out to manager, then manager reached out to his manager. Waystar likes to say they review the market, but that is total lip service.

They seemed like they cared about each other, along with the new people, but they really don't care about the new people. It was like high school and sad.
Everyone tried hard at their job even though they are completely burnt out.

Expectations aren't being met and legacy products are being slowly choked off
Culture is becoming more toxic; investment in products are needed as customers are becoming more and more disillusioned and are trying to leave their contracts
