What is the best part about your compensation package?Getting paid weekly is the only good thing I can say about this company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Gett8ng paid weekly is all I can say good about this company
What did you like most about the interview process?I like that there were 3 different groups that interviewed me, from all levels of the plant.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?People being interviewed until this very day are being promised things that the company took away upwards of 5 years earlier. This means new employees are being told they're going to get things that no longer exist just so that the company can get them in the door. They start off lying to you.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? When the owner died the people that moved up and took his place threw out his original culture and replaced it with a corporate one that's all about taking advantage of loyal veteran workers. This pushes people out of the company leaving those left with more and more responsibility for the same pay
What needs to change to make the company culture better? The company needs to stop making hasty decisions that put themselves millions of dollars in the hole then expecting the few employees left over to fix it year after year. All with no goals to work towards since at that point raises and bonuses go out the window.
