Use video or recording. Having HR write the responses is archaic and distracting.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance is adequate. Time off could be more as most jobs are quite physical.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct supervisor is great. Store managent is okay. Could stand to listen more.
