The overall company seems great. I hate my department. Wish they let me view a couple and choose which one I liked. My manager says hes "here to help" but yet never see him. Alot to take in at one time, and alot of extra little chorus around the work I'm already doing.

We always could use more money.

My trucks arriving on time, and my work getting done.

Because of the pressure of the management, they are more inclined to help.

Co-workers are nice. But they are focused on their jobs which seem easier than mine.

Keep it brief. No need to ask point less questions. Ask what I expect to be doing.
