Making my coworkers happy in their work environment while I am there, as well as hanging out with my favorite coworkers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication is the biggest issue. They never communicate properly and make those below them feel unimportant with their positions. They keep saying they'll communicate better but they never do.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Many of them are negative and gossip often. They need to work on holding a more positive and friendly environment when they walk through the doors to work. Leave everything at the door
