I enjoy my job but I feel that a lot of get lost in the shuffle. We don't always get tge training that is needed.

Our company is a family based company and they try to portray this.

My team works together like a family. We have 1 of the best departments within the company. They all work hard and help each other finish the days tasks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though a lot of us are not appreciated. The company always wants us to do more in less time. A lot of us work a 2nd job just to provide for our families.
