At the store level there is a lot of playing favorites. a person that doesn't show up for 3+ shifts without calling in or bringing in a drs not doesn't get into trouble, but someone like myself that needs to call in and brings in a dr not gets my hrs cut and written up.
It would be nice if the upper management actually tired to do our jobs for a day, then they would see just how bad we have it at the lowest level of an employee. They tell us how to do our jobs, and when we do not succeed they don't bother to see out side of the "coin"
