The lunch break , though you have to pay for lunch

Not given any respect, just bossed around. No real learning opportunity so far

Leadership needs to get better at actually getting down and dirty to work and not just deploying their youngest employee to do all the hard work and never get benefited from working their tail off ( never a raise option only a lousy 50 cent increase every 6 months )
