I don't know if it can be improved because it needs to start at the top (Corporate) They have to stop playing the shell game with there store managers. Its unstable employment do to the turn over rate.

Store needs to be cleaner, we need phones that work in each department. Price signage is almost non-existent.

They need to listen to customers and employees, not managers and stock holders.
Again with the people in charge treating employees like garbage in very manipulative and unpleasant work, taking away credit from tasks completed, treating employees as if they do nothing even if they do extra, employees health not being taken seriously whether mental or physical.
No point in answering this because they dont care anyway
A team is only as good as their least competent manager.

Not enough people to divide up the work. No one wants to apply for $10/hr. And the ones who already work here end up making that amount to do the work of several people.
Not enough staff, bad management, poor salary, uncaring management
The childish favorism and the lies being told along with the lack of workmanship.
This store and company is garbage
Competitive wages and hours need to be instituted. Bonuses and raises should be in full dollar amounts not cents. Managers violating employee rights should be fired. There should be no employee cross-training and each dept. needs it's own team responsible for their dept. tasks. 3rd Shift stocking
