The front end is usually having difficulties. There is never enough cashiers and customers have to wait in line and are getting aggrivated.

The times he's been in the store he has been friendly. They think positively of him.

Not good. Always short staffed, don't want to give extra hours, upper management is very condescending. It makes for a stressful and unhappy environment.

The upper management pick 1 each person that they think is a good canidate to go into thr management program. Yearly I believe. So unless you have a store manager or assistant store manager that really likes you no matter qualifications you will not advance.
