They just need to SHOW UP ! Absenteeism is rampant here. Turnover rate also. No one stays here now.

Can't keep management,maintenance, or line workers. Hiring for tax breaks and not people that can do the jobs. They won't show up. FMLA is killing us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Plant I work at is under union control. We get across the board pay by position not performance pay. Good performance gets you nothing here. JOKE !
