What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many Petty arguments between supervisors and coworkers. And cannot emphasize the lack of leadership in the company.

This goes back to bring leaders. There is so much drama that goes on, that it feels like your in high school, not a a prestige company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The word leaders seems to have no meaning. It is my belief that to be a leader you must lead from the front. Not hide from the employees.
