What does the leadership team need to get better at?Support your employees. Managers are not really supportive. Micro manage a great team to death. Can not say anything positive.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Support for colleagues, and recognize those who have outperformed. A win is often shared by the efforts of a group of the team, not just the middle manager in charge.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Bring back return of flat structure so all voices are heard. Adding more and more layers of middle management make employees feel ignored and left in a silo
