Its was good when we had staff. Now its miserable and shady.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It wass easy. Didnt explain much to be honest
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Go beyond, but its hard when im doing more then i should when my store is short staffed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We dont have the staff to get anything out on time and we get too busy to uphold wait times on the weekends which are hell when you dont have people especially on a night shift..
