Some of them are hard working and they give it all except for one person whi gets away with everything shes making almos shift leader wage and doesnt even speack english
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to work on being on time doind their work the way they are supposed to and not get away with everyhring just becuase you are family related to the manager

I eould hiee people that actually have all the basic skils for the job , i would write yp people who need to ve writen up ask for punctuality and fire those who are ralated to me
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The general manager has all his family wotking their and does not require them to do worj as the other employees as well as having higg salaries for people who dont even have enoupgh skills to be employed
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The general manager need to stop prioritizing his family and friends that work their and needs to be fair as to ask his family to work as they are supposed so that ir is fair for the other employees as well as hiring cashiers that actualy speek english
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work very hard everday almost rab the store myself for about a month yet i wont fet a raise i will not be mived to a higher position while im running the stor doing orders putting in each invetory for the past 3 minths and ny mabger only prioritizes all his family working their
