There is nothing postive about my work enviormwnt i feel constantly harresed by managment when i do my job better then they do theres. My closes are the best but since they dont looe me at the moment they correct me on mistakes they make. Its really confusing when you
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Ive had a key since decemeber and have been running shifts. I delt with an employee coming to work them causing a scene when i asked her to clock out , they also made me work threw covid as a lead then only paid me as a cashier. I have screen shots and my postive test .
