I'm being mistreated by my manger and her letting her personally feelings override her professional decision and duties as a manager when she got her sister that works as well and when you have a fallout or a disagreement you get taken off the schedule for five days how fair is that

Doing my job by putting a smile on there face and making a difference

It's not so much my co worker it's the manager and her sister who makes the work area uncomfortable
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop the unfairness and the favoritism among the employees and relatives shouldn't be allowed to work in the same store it causes conflict among the other employees
