Working at wingstop has been a terrible expierience. Managers are not trained efficiently and are very rude to workers. They also discriminate you on your race. They just abuse the fact that you need a job and are there.

They need proper training to run a store.

Its average i wouldnt say hard.

My team are very kind and are always open to working as a team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The manager is wrong and needs more training. She makes the work environment very uncomfortable.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The manager always has gossip about everyone and discusses your pay with other workes which is confidential.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I myself do alot more than i should around the store. And like it says. I am undervalued and the manager cuts peoples hours just because she doesnt like you .
