Very toxic environment.. nobody wants to work hard just to be treated poorly by management and even other co workers. They don't train you but get upset when you make a mistake. Theres alot of favortism and its very rudely shown. I've only been working for a week and i hate it.

It was so easy and light hearted

Its a hit or miss. Some are nice and some are just rude
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work is very hard and nonstop. We should get more for what they have us do
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its not diversed at all.. I'm surprised i even got in. They will ignore you and just talk and gossip with each other. Its very draining to be around.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to actually train and be more accepting to new workers and understand that they might not know everything. They need to treat everyone fairly and with respect.
