What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive would be the very few strong employees we have at pir location. They make me want to go to work everyday just them very few.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I've worked my gluteus maximus off too much for no compensation or feel appreciative for the time I've worked for the company. I feel I deserve better, i feel like im under paid for what i do for the company.
