Its terrible rhe one is roslindale boston has been so bad.I started at 17 and been there for almsot 2 years no raise cut hours and people who just come in getting payed more people that i been there before getting payed more and im 18 now nd i have resposibilties i cant do nothing with that
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Ive been there for 2 years doing everything in the store working long night sacrficing for work but get payed 15.50 the starting pay at our store is 16$ nd ive been there for 2 years people younger with less experience making more managers are terrible just completely unacceptable
