The GM at this store is corrupt and retaliates on fellow coworkers and myself when we call him out for not doing his job and stealing money from the safe because hes the only person with the safe code. Hes going around the store spreading lies and messing with the females in the store.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The team members are amazing but the leadership isnt trained at all
What did you like most about the interview process?
The DO interviewing me instead of the GM because he was so unprofessional
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes. And i would feel better if i got paid my correct pay and got my correct availability
