Not very positive the turnover rate is high with staff and managers it's hard to adapt to new management styles every few months

The manager at the time made it seem like a fun place to work
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need coaching on how to treat employees and how to be professional in front of customers
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The managers are never on time even late to scheduled meetings..there is no structure nor professionalism we need a lot of work
What are some of the best things about your team?
The employees work well together as a team the manager act like they are exempt to any rules and treat employees like second class citizens
