Knowing that the customer gets the same satisfaction that they get from the first time they ate here . Speed quality and safe
What did you like most about the interview process?
That I requested a few cents more and was told I would receive what I requested and start the next couple days... never received the correct amount and have complaints numerous amounts of times....
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do much more than my position requires.. and yet I keep hearing there trying to save more money and food cost. much more franchises have more to offer with a bit more wage an hour...
