What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The customers and maybe a few crew members but other than that nothing.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The general manager was exciting and made the company and her transition to gm sound pleasant
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We need to invest in a better management team, people who actually care about who they hire and take pride in working with the people who help run the company on a daily basis. Its very frustrating to be understaffed, and people have to work when they are ill because of lack of coverage
