What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is generally frustrated with schedulings and lack of cooperation from sister locations.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Due to lack of staff. We lack the manpower in terms of the high demand to produce things on time.
What did you like most about the interview process?
In general the hiring process is painless, it feels more like a casual meeting no hostility just a man to man conversation about buisness is quite comfortable
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When shorthanded we have a short list of people who actually want to work and are forced to breaks no matter how many are on 1,2, 3 rarely the schedule is terrible
