
The top leadership and executive committee should change
The unwritten / hidden policies should be abolished.
All employees are working hard and the leadership team lets everyone down
The direction with which the current leadership is going have created uncertainty in the minds of the employees.
They bring in some policy which doesn't exists on paper to deny salary hike and career progressions for the employees.
Either the present leadership should follow the foot steps of former CEO TK Kurien or they should give way and move out.
