What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There are no managers at CITI account, Mexico. Wipro always has delays to deliver financial proposals, we are delay on administrative process for our resoucers, there are no PMO, mos of the times wipro has a bad impression because IBM or TCT move faster than us.
