Company doesnt provide stock options to all levels and moreoever their are less perks compared to similar companies

Wipro doesn't value the experience of its employees. Even if the employees pay from their pocket to get professional certifications, Wipro still insists the same employees do Wipro internal certifications.

They bring in some policy which doesn't exists on paper to deny salary hike and career progressions for the employees.
