Worst job i have ever had. Dont undertand how this place is legally allowed to be in business.

Stop lying to the employees to get them to work there.

The place just needs to be shut down. Most unproffessional enviorment ive worked in.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Company meetings? I worked there almost a whole year and not one meeting was held.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually being at work. I went 3 months with 2 new employees and no manager
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because my last paycheck was shorted nearly 700 dollars. I was purposely shorted because i quit and found a better job. I was only paid for the time I clocked in and not the actual time i was there. I had so many issues using Kronos and was constantly being denied a punch in or out
