I was judged for the way i left my last job regardless of any knowledge of my background story.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that i am my branch's only bilingual teller. Which enhances the trust & comfort of our spanish speaking members!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Manager should give her employees same respect that is given. Learn to control anger, and avoid expressing it in front of other staff and customers. Learn to speak privately to that employee. My manager makes me scared to ask questions.
