What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Upper management. They are so slow in responding to emails and rude to employees. Not only that the new employees and branch managers are so rude.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Working 3 positions teller, retail banker, and customer service rep and was never given a raise after 2 years making $14.50. Told me my work performance was bad when I was the 2nd to the most in bringing in accounts, never late and rarely called out. Covered most shifts I loved that job!!
