We need new management. The rules are informed and the employees. Management covers for management. The warehouse in flower mound texas have the worse management

New management would make a big difference in turn over rate , quality and quantity of work. The company went down after Grant Risk moved up.
Less work hours, better ways of doing thing to make it easier on all, which would reduce stress and hours worked. Over time is needed at times but not every day just to make through the day. Need to work smart.
