What do you like best about the leadership team?
They will give you a chance to be successful.
They are very helpful and nice.
Reliable, efficient, friendly, hardworking, happy.
The leaders are super helpful around the workplace when we need their support, especially during this time where we are short-staffed. They want you to feel relaxed but also work your best while not working yourself ragged.
I like the fairness they have for they're employees, the wages and the opportunities they have. And i like the shifts and the way they schedule our break times. Most of all the benefits and pay raise opportunities they offer there employees.

I love thay i have both dental and vision

Everyone is very friendly and respectable someone another and always look out and help one of those customers

Keep there mouth shut and do there job
We need new management. The rules are informed and the employees. Management covers for management. The warehouse in flower mound texas have the worse management
Co workers are fine. It's the ghetto managers

Everyone gets along works together

Everything is positive I dont have a negative thing to say about it
That customer are satisfy with the service
That while we are expected to work efficiently, we don't have to rush everything and the importance of keeping positivity throughout the day.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Listen to your people and drivers
New assistant manager and more management improvement
New management would make a big difference in turn over rate , quality and quantity of work. The company went down after Grant Risk moved up.
Less work hours, better ways of doing thing to make it easier on all, which would reduce stress and hours worked. Over time is needed at times but not every day just to make through the day. Need to work smart.
