The leaders are super helpful around the workplace when we need their support, especially during this time where we are short-staffed. They want you to feel relaxed but also work your best while not working yourself ragged.
I like the fairness they have for they're employees, the wages and the opportunities they have. And i like the shifts and the way they schedule our break times. Most of all the benefits and pay raise opportunities they offer there employees.

Developing an employees career beyond bring a cog in the system
learn to value your people. maybe take a leadership class or two
Mo empathy for there staff
Quit and hire a new team
communication and listening to experience of team mates
Be a manager and take care of his people, handle manager tasks, trust his workers to get the job done, do not micro manage which hurts the operation.

Be more respectful and equal
Find new warehouse mangers that are professional and know how to manage. Not the ghetto attrocities who are currently in place. There is high turnover for a reason. The managers could not work at any other company with the behavior that they have.
there is no direct email or way to send a physical letter to HR to submit a complaint - so here the complaint begins
