Knowing what im making and what i can be making if i keep up the good work. But also im exited to learn about how they built this company from the ground up. I try to pay attention to orders and shipments going in and out and at what pace there moving. Also how everything is ran.

Meetings with upper management and staff.

New management would bring the company back to where it once was.
