Pay rate was greatly under the local average for similar positions (by about $30k).
recent restructure resulted in a 14% decrease in salary, but we still get weekly emails about the newest six figure addition to the "team"
Respect and more money would be great
Better pay for my position. A helper would be sufficient.

Keep there mouth shut and do there job
We need new management. The rules are informed and the employees. Management covers for management. The warehouse in flower mound texas have the worse management
Co workers are fine. It's the ghetto managers

learn to value people as more than stepping stones

New management would make a big difference in turn over rate , quality and quantity of work. The company went down after Grant Risk moved up.
Less work hours, better ways of doing thing to make it easier on all, which would reduce stress and hours worked. Over time is needed at times but not every day just to make through the day. Need to work smart.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Tell employees exactly what they are signing up for and don't surprise them if they didn't work there for a year
just don't accept people who just pass the bar - and aren't really qualified
Hire a someone who is a professional company trainer
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Meetings with upper management and staff.
We need to be sold by advanced auto parts
New management would bring the company back to where it once was.
Warehouse management is unprofessional and ghetto
Need to improve on the ways things are accomplished, procedures need to change.
